Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Amazon Account Junior Manager at Swiftspark.org. As an Amazon Account Junior Manager, you will be responsible for managing Amazon accounts, ensuring optimal product listings, handling account health, and maximizing sales performance. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and providing insights to improve account performance. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving our clients’ success, directly contributing to the growth of their brands on Amazon. This role offers significant opportunities for growth, with a clear path to advancement within our rapidly growing agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Amazon seller accounts to ensure optimal performance and compliance with Amazon policies
  • Optimizing product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates
  • Monitoring account health metrics and addressing issues proactively
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborating with the advertising team to align PPC strategies with account goals
  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
  • Directly interacting with clients, helping them understand and navigate their account strategies

Qualifications

  • Communication, Sales, and Marketing skills
  • Experience in e-commerce and project management
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
