Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Amazon Account Manager at Swiftspark.org. As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts, managing account health, and driving sales growth. You will analyze sales data, develop strategies to improve performance, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our clients’ success, directly contributing to the growth of their brands on Amazon. This role offers significant opportunities for growth, with a clear path to advancement within our rapidly growing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the performance and compliance of multiple Amazon seller accounts
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and account performance
- Conducting detailed market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimizing product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords
- Monitoring account health metrics and resolving issues proactively
- Collaborating with the advertising team to align PPC strategies with account goals
- Providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Amazon seller central and e-commerce best practices
- Proven experience in managing Amazon accounts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
